We're celebrating Fall and our 2nd season providing equine-assisted therapeutic services to individuals with disabilities and special needs.  This is a full-day family-oriented community fundraising event, open to the public.

We're celebrating Fall and our 2nd season providing equine-assisted therapeutic services to individuals with disabilities and special needs.  This is a full-day family-oriented community fundraising event, open to the public. 

We offer games and activities for children including pumpkin picking, pumpkin painting, hay rides, a pie walk, ghost bowling, a haystack hunt, and stick horse races.  Live music is featured throughout the day, along with presentations from local vendors.  The event also features shopping at over 30 craft and direct-sale vendor booths, and a therapeutic riding demonstration.  A BBQ offers smoked pork and turkey legs with all the fixin's.  The day ends with a hoedown-style dance featuring a live caller. 

VENDOR INFORMATION AND REGISTRATION


We are now taking applications from vendorsFarmers, bakers, food artisans, crafters, artists, and direct sales are welcome.  If you grow it, make it, buy it, or mix and bake it - JOIN US!  This is a perfect time to start thinking about Christmas and Winter-themed items.  Inside and outside spaces.  Complete and submit the form below, then follow the link we provide to pay online, or mail a check.


Rain or shine - no refunds.  Outdoor vendors may be on concrete, gravel, or grass.  Please specify if you have a preference.


Vendors are responsible for their own tent/covering, tables, and chairs.

Set-up begins at 6:00 am; vehicles must be moved and parked no later than 8:45 am.

Vendors accepted on first-come, first-paid basis.  No duplication of vendors will be permitted.
